Ben is a partner in the Private Client group. He specialises in advising ultra-high net worth individuals, families, trustees and family offices on tax, succession planning and wealth structuring.
Ben has over a decade of experience in guiding clients through scenarios involving the interaction of complex and often sensitive tax, legal and family issues, both in the UK and internationally. He has extensive expertise advising on inter-generational planning, investment structuring and cross-border relocations.
Ben's practice is highly international in nature, representing clients from the Middle East, Europe, the UK and elsewhere. He has considerable experience in advising individuals from the finance industry. He is frequently instructed to advise on the establishment and optimisation of wealth holding structures such as trusts, corporate entities and partnerships.
