A corporate partner with extensive international experience, Andrew's clients bring him in to advise on their most complex deals, where negotiating experience and an ability to keep focussed on the points that really matter to his clients are paramount.

M&A, joint ventures and corporate transactions form the core of Andrew's work. He has also handled restructuring transactions (including sales from administration) and for many years he acted for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

Andrew has advised across a number of sectors, including real estate investment, healthcare, consumer, renewable energy and financial services. 

Andrew’s clients and transactions frequently have an international dimension. He has advised on deals in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. 

Over the past seven years, Andrew has been increasingly focussed on clients investing in real estate. He has helped clients on well over £2 billion of corporate transactions in the real estate investment sector, advising sellers and purchasers, both UK based and those based internationally. Clients he has advised include Longmead Capital, LaSalle Investment Management, Tristan Capital, Firethorn Trust, Frasers Property, O&H Group, Sterling Property, Revcap, London Metric, and Asian-based investors Peterson Group and SEA Group

Andrew has been recognised by as a corporate partner in the legal directories for many years, most recently  Legal 500 2021 for M&A: £50 - £500 million deal size.
