Jordan Buckle
Jordan specialises in Employment law, advising on the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Jordan regularly works with clients on the employment elements of mergers, acquisitions and disposals with a particular focus on private equity deals.
Jordan also has considerable experience defending Respondents (ranging from household brands to SMEs) in the employment tribunal in relation to issues ranging from wage disputes through to complex discrimination and whistleblowing.
On a day-to-day basis, Jordan advises clients on typical employment issues ranging from recruitment through to company-wide restructures requiring collective consultation.
