Laura Sperling

Laura is a corporate associate based in Dubai and works closely with the corporate and private wealth teams on various corporate matters, including incorporations, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions matters and corporate secretarial matters. 

Laura specialises in corporate law and has experience with mergers and acquisitions, setting up and restructuring various corporate structures across the UAE, both onshore and across the various free zones, as well as assisting in the formalities relating to such mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. 

Laura also assists with  and advises in relation corporate secretarial matters, as well as assisting our private wealth team in relation to asset structuring.
