Oliwia is a member of the Corporate crime & compliance team in Warsaw. She specialises in advising on criminal law, fiscal criminal law and compliance. She represents clients in litigation and disputes at every stage of the legal process.
She also prepares compliance policies and assists clients in implementing them. Oliwia's extensive experience allows her to take an individual approach, even in the most complex cases involving potential criminal liability.
