Vera is a partner in our Disputes & Investigations team with over 15 years' experience as a litigator. She has a strong focus on contractual liabilities and financing and securities, and her experience covers both the national courts of the Netherlands and national and international arbitration institutes.

Vera also regularly advises on commercial contracts and financing/security documents. A commercially-minded advisor, Vera will work closely with you to achieve the best possible result. She enjoys helping clients protect their interests in and out of court, and will help guide you through legal proceedings.

Alongside her work as a litigator, Vera serves as a trainer at the Financial Training Institute, contributing to the FOI's training platform by developing training courses and authoring legal articles.

Advising Invesco Real Estate on major international partnership with Westmont

We have advised Invesco Real Estate (Invesco), the global real estate investment manager, on its new strategic long-term partnership with Westmont, one of the largest private hotel property owners and operators with approximately 400 hotels in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Westmont will operate and co-invest in the portfolio of 13 IHG branded hotels located in key cities in Germany and the Netherlands.
