Otto heads our Technology & Data team in the Netherlands and has over 20 years of experience in guiding clients through major IT projects, digital technology transformations and compliance programs.

Otto will help you with more than just the legal paperwork. He is a commercial advisor who will work with you to select the right vendors for your technology project, and to negotiate the most competitive contracts possible before implementation. He enjoys being a trusted business advisor to our clients, advising not only on the legal implications but also on a strategic level. Otto also specialises in public procurement law and will apply the best practices in that field to your selection process. 

Otto’s primary expertise is technology – everything from technology transactions, negotiations and litigation to advising on new technologies and digitalisation. As data is a factor in most, if not all technology contracts, Otto specialises in data protection as well. He frequently advises clients on GDPR compliance, international data transfer and commercial use of personal data.
