Stephan specialises in strategic M&A transactions, corporate financings and reorganisations as well as strategic advice to corporate institutions. He has specific industry know-how in the areas of automotive/mobility services and technology, media and communications. Stephan’s clients include entrepreneur-led medium-sized companies, as well as international corporations and banks.

Stephan played a key role in establishing Taylor Wessing’s corporate and capital markets practice. He is and has been a member of several supervisory boards and is the author of several specialist publications on stock corporation and financing law.
