Philipp advises national and international companies on intellectual property issues with a focus on patent and utility model law as well as employee invention law.
The focus of his practice is on litigation in patent infringement proceedings and he also regularly participates in nullity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court. Due to his longstanding litigation experience, Philipp has special expertise in the fields of automotive, high-tech engineering and mobile communications.
