Dr. Christian Lederer

Christian advises and represents national and international companies on all aspects of patent law and specialises, in particular, in managing patent litigation.

A focus of his practice is the management and coordination of international patent disputes. Christian acts for his clients before all relevant German and European patent courts and patent authorities. He also focuses on advising and representing Japanese clients.

The Unified Patent Court (UPC)

The UPC and Unitary Patent will introduce the most radical changes to patent litigation in Europe in 40 years.
