Dr. Frank Koch
Frank primarily advises his clients on all disputes relating to corporate law. His practice includes pre and post M&A disputes, disputes among shareholders in partnerships and companies limited by shares, as well as D&O liability lawsuits. As an expert in sports law, Frank also advises both clients from the sports industry and investors, and heads up the international Sports Group of Taylor Wessing.
