Sidney Flaig is a member of the Real Estate Practice Area and the Energy Industry Group. She advises clients on all aspects of construction contract law, architectural and engineering law. She focuses on the enforcement of her clients' rights in litigation before state courts as well as in out-of-court disputes. In addition, she supports her clients throughout the entire life cycle, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts. Another focus of her work is real estate litigation.
Sidney Flaig has co-developed the use of legal tech tools in the practice area.
