Melanie is a member of the EU Competition, Antitrust and Trade Practice Area. Her practice focuses on EU subsidies law, general EU law, foreign trade legislation and public procurement law.
She advises public authorities on EU subsidy issues and the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures and private companies on public procurement, EU subsidies and general EU and foreign trade legislation. In addition, she represents companies in review proceedings and advises on compliance issues.
