Christoph Janssen, LL.M.

Christoph acts for and advises clients on the development of commercial real estate projects in terms of their relevance under public law, in particular, in the field of construction planning law and official liability law. In his practice he coordinates and manages all official approval procedures.

Christoph is also an experienced adviser and expert litigator when it comes to necessary judicial enforcement of claims for damages and claims to official approvals, as well as with respect to verifying bidding processes of municipal property sales. His practice focuses on retail trading, residential construction, and office building construction.
