Württembergische Krankenversicherung on their purchase of a planned Holiday-Inn-Express-Hotel in Darmstadt. The seller of the building, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station, is the project developer Merlin Capital. According to the Hamburg developer, the investment sum for the property, which has nearly 7,300 square meters of usable space, amounts to €14m. The parent company of the health insurer, Wüstenrot & Württembergische, named Tristar GmbH as the long-term tenant of the house with 157 rooms. According to the landlord, construction on the site is imminent, with completion scheduled for spring 2020.
