Uwe is a real estate and corporate lawyer and advises clients on real estate matters as an experienced notary public in Frankfurt, Germany. In real estate law, his portfolio includes the development and structuring of building projects and the carrying out and completion of real estate transactions. In corporate law, he advises clients on the founding and the restructuring of companies, as well as on national and international M&A transactions.
This professional expertise complements his economic understanding and dynamic way of working as well as his strong communication skills, if required, in English, French or in Spanish.
