Dalila Mabrouki-Jacques is a corporate Partner who will assist developing our VC and early-stage practice.
She focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. Dalila regularly represents both French and international companies and investments funds in their acquisitions and fund raising (venture capital, LBO, MBO, etc.).
She also developed an expertise in capital market and advises listed companies notably in connection with their delisting or public offering.
