Under a concession agreement, the CCPHB awarded the contract for the design, construction, and operation of its future intermunicipal aquatic center, to be located within the Calvados-Honfleur Business Park (PACH). Following a competitive bidding process, the CCPHB selected a consortium comprising Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest, Récréa, and Infra Gestion.
Scheduled to open in 2028, this new facility is intended to become a key community hub for the region, benefiting residents—particularly school groups and sports clubs—as well as tourists.
It will meet the region’s current and future needs in terms of swimming instruction, sports, recreation, and tourism appeal, both in the medium and long term.
The project stands out for its ambitious architecture, strong environmental commitment, and high-quality services geared toward family use and well-being.
The 25-year service concession agreement was signed on December 19, 2025. It provides for comprehensive management by the concessionaire, including the design, construction, and operation of the facility, with partial financing of the investments provided by the concessionaire.
