Toon Rummens heads the Corporate / M&A team in Brussels. He specialises in corporate law (general corporate, M&A, venture capital, capital markets, …), real estate law (contracts, project development) and business law in general. He has a particular focus on the field of ESG. 
Toon assists national and international clients who are active in various sectors (profit & non-profit). He is focused on finding solutions and closing deals.

Helping companies legally on their way and supporting them in their operations is his mission. And if a problem does arise, he pulls out all the stops to solve it. First through legal mediation, and - if that fails and no other solution is possible - through judicial or arbitration proceedings.
