Laura is an associate active within our IP and IT practice groups.
She specialises in intellectual property rights with a focus on patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright. Laura advises and represents clients in both national and international litigation and assists them with strategic IP matters and contract negotiations.
With experience in the life sciences and tech sectors, Laura understands the legal and commercial challenges faced by companies in these industries. Since 2024, she is a UPC representative and has successfully represented multiple clients before the UPC courts. With in-depth knowledge of IP law and a practical approach, she helps businesses protect and strengthen their intellectual property.
