Sabine heads our team for public (procurement) law in Vienna.

She is known for her many years of experience in all areas of public commercial law, among them being environmental and energy law, infrastructure law, planning and construction law as well as health law in particular. She regularly supports and advises her clients in complex planning and approval procedures (e.g. EIA approval procedures), from project development to the successful realisation of the project.

In the area of public procurement law, Sabine supports both public clients and bidders in all phases of the procurement process and also represents them in any review and declaratory proceedings under public procurement law.

Sabine’s clients include companies from highly regulated sectors such as energy as well as industrial companies, property developers, tourism companies and the public sector.
