Philipp is known for advising national and international clients in any questions related to Austrian and European corporate law. He has especially gained profound experience in enforcement of shareholders' rights both against the company and against the other shareholders.
He passes on his knowledge as a lecturer at the Executive Academy of Vienna University of Economics and Business.
