Michaela is our Head of Tax in CEE, and a go-to lawyer for companies and investors on all areas of Austrian as well as international tax law. Michaela played a leading role in some of the most important capital market transactions in Austria advising on various tax issues.

Michaela will guide you through all the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, capital markets and real estate transactions as well as restructurings, corporate tax planning and project finance. She also supports in tax proceedings and gives advice to high net worth individuals regarding fiscal asset and succession planning.
