Taylor Wessing advised SkySpecs on the acquisition of i4SEE

Taylor Wessing advised SkySpecs, a global leader in wind energy technology, on the acquisition of i4SEE, a leader in fully automated wind turbine data analytics and fleet optimisation. This latest transaction adds to Taylor Wessing’s long-standing track record in renewable energy deals.

The team was led by Vienna partner Philip Hoflehner (Corporate) and additionally consisted of the partners Michaela Petritz-Klar (Tax) and Walter Pöschl (Employment) as well as senior associate Silvia Schenner and associate Cezary Dominik Kinski (both Corporate). Taylor Wessing supported SkySpecs throughout the entire transaction process in all relevant legal areas.

The transaction was closed in May 2023. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
