Christophe is our Head of Tax Law in France, and founded our team in 2003. Christophe is a specialist in tax law and acts for major technology and media companies based in France and overseas. He also advises Japanese clients.

Sale of hotels in a leisure park

Two foreign investment funds in relation to the disposal of hotels located in a leisure park. We structured the sale in the most efficient way, which involved transfer of the company holding the hotels and a cross border reserve merger.
