Christophe is our Head of Tax Law in France, and founded our team in 2003. Christophe is a specialist in tax law and acts for major technology and media companies based in France and overseas. He also advises Japanese clients.

Christophe can help you with international tax planning and restructuring, including transfer pricing and streamlining studies. He advises on international M&A and can support you with tax audits and optimisingyour local tax position. He’s also involved in incentive employee schemes.

Two foreign investment funds in relation to the disposal of hotels located in a leisure park. We structured the sale in the most efficient way, which involved transfer of the company holding the hotels and a cross border reserve merger.
