Taylor Wessing advised Delfingen Industry S.A, Anteuil (France), on the acquisition of Langendorf Textil GmbH & Co. KG, Marktrodach (Germany), and its subsidiary MBG Techbelt Innovation, Münchberg (Germany). The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
With the acquisition of the two companies with a combined turnover of EUR 19 million, Delfingen carries on its globalisation strategy while strengthening its presence towards German carmakers and automotive suppliers, and while enriching its technical textile products range.

MBG is specialized in the fast weaving process and the coating. Its production is mainly made of tapes, belts, technical straps for the automotive market, cargo handling and personal protection equipment.
