Join us for our employer-focused webinar as we discuss the contents of the 2025 White Paper and how it aims "to bring net migration down and restore control and order to the immigration system", and introduce a link between UK immigration policy, skills and training.

What do the changes mean for your business and what steps can you take now to best protect your migrant workers, as well as manage your recruitment and workforce retention plans?

During the webinar we will look at:

  • the impact of the Skilled Worker changes to skill level and salary
  • changes to residence requirements for indefinite leave to remain and citizenship applications
  • enhanced English language requirements, including for adult dependants
  • increase to Immigration Skills Charge and managing costs of the immigration system
  • the government's focus on workforce strategies and what this could mean for you
  • the positive changes planned and how to take advantage of them.

We hope to see you there.
