Health & wellbeing in the UK

Feel good, together

Whether it’s focusing on ability, not disability, or providing mental health support; preventing health problems and improving wellbeing is vital to our inclusive culture.  Alongside this, we provide a generous package of employee benefits that are focused on supporting health, wellbeing and fulfilment.

Disability inclusion

Our Wellbeing Network works to raise awareness of disabilities – both visible and invisible – across the firm, ensuring we create an accessible, safe and user-friendly environment for all.  We’re also members of the My Plus Students' Club, which provides specialist advice to students who have a disability or long term health condition.

Mental Health Champions

To support our people in dealing with mental health conditions, we’ve trained over 20 Mental Health First Aiders and even more Mental Health Champions across our UK offices.   Each individual is trained to support colleagues day-to-day and in crisis situations, guiding them to the range of professional support available.

On-site GP service

We've established an award-winning free in-house private GP service which operates three times a week in our fully equipped surgery. Our GPs also provide health assessments, flu vaccinations and a travel clinic. We also provide access to GP appointments through technology.

Meet our Wellbeing Network

The network raises awareness of disabilities, reduces stigma around mental health and promotes wellness in the firm.  Their focus is on health prevention, along with improving everyone’s wellbeing.

Join our Mental Health and Wellbeing Network

We would like to build a community with wellbeing leads from across our client and alumni network as well as partner firms. If you would be interested joining the community and continuing the conversation please sign up to our Mental Health and Wellbeing Network below.
