Stephanie is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecoms practice group and advises companies comprehensively in the areas of data protection law, IT contract law and digital regulation. She supports national and international companies - from innovative start-ups to global corporations - in the design and negotiation of IT contracts as well as the legally compliant implementation of complex digitalization projects.
A particular focus of her advice is on the implementation of data protection requirements, particularly in data-driven business models, cloud projects and the development of new digital products and services. It not only supports companies in complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), but also in implementing innovative solutions in line with the latest regulatory requirements. In addition to classic data protection and IT law, Stephanie also advises companies on current European digital legislation, in particular the AI regulation and interfaces between the GDPR and the Data Act.
Stephanie is a certified specialist in information technology law, CIPP/E.
