Tim Hendricks is a member of the Practice Area Competition, EU & Trade. His practice focuses on EU state aid law, general EU law, public procurement law and foreign trade law.
He advises private companies as well as the public sector in the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures. In addition, he advises on all questions of EU state aid law, general EU law and foreign trade law.
