Katy is a senior counsel in the Employment, Pensions and Mobility group. She advises a wide range of corporate employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, providing a complete service from the drafting of contracts and policies to the resolution of disputes including handling complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
Katy also advises on TUPE compliance, global redundancy and restructuring projects and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
