Alisa is a member of the Practice Area Corporate / M&A. She is specialized on national and cross-border M&A- and private equity-transactions and advises on the buy-side as well as on the sell-side. In addition, she advises on general corporate law issues.
She represents a wide range of clients, including German and international companies and financial investors. A particular focus of her practice is on the sectors life sciences and health care.
