She advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. The focus of her advice includes all legal problems that arise in this context.
She has particular expertise in the area of employment law compliance (criminal employment law/HR compliance) and provides comprehensive support to companies in this context in - among other things - setting up and implementing an HR compliance organization and in conducting structured and investigative investigation processes; in particular "#MeToo investigations.
