He has particular expertise in professional negligence actions, acting for both claimants and defendants, including claims and investigations ininvolving accountants, auditors, tax advisers, solicitors, barristers, valuers, investment advisers and other professionals. Many of the matters on which he advises involve investigations by regulators, including the FRC, ICAEW, PCAOB, DOJ, SEC, FCA and SFO.
