Stuart is a partner in the Disputes and Investigations group. He advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes and investigations in the financial services sector. He has particular expertise in professional negligence actions, including claims and investigations in the accountancy profession, having acted on many high profile disputes and regulatory investigations.
Stuart also advises on corporate and commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, fraud and asset recovery actions and shareholder disputes.
