Max's focus on product liability means he regularly acts for manufacturers and importers in relation to complex, high value and multiparty claims. Max also advises and represents businesses involved in inquests, either as Interested Persons or merely as parties requested to provide information. Max acts for clients in a variety of sectors including life sciences, technology, consumer and retail and sport with a particular focus on the defence of clients both in claims and during an investigation process.
