Tom Charnley - Taylor Wessing

Tom is a senior associate in the Disputes and Investigations Group. He has experience in a broad range of complex corporate and commercial disputes, in both the High Court and commercial arbitration, often involving multi-jurisdictional issues. Tom also has expertise in respect of regulatory investigations.

Tom's cases include shareholder disputes, advising on post-completion issues, JV disputes, professional negligence actions, corporate and commercial disputes and cyber security/IT disputes.
