Sean is the Head of our international Employment, Pensions & Mobility team. Sean's recognised as one of the UK's leading employment lawyers. He deals with all aspects of employment work, including executive employment and termination, commercial transactions, and business transfers.

He has extensive experience of employment law in the context of commercial transactions, including outsourcings and international reorganisations. He advises on collective redundancies and consultation, complex benefits issues and individual employment disputes, particularly those with an international element.
