Jakub Adam, Ph.D.

Jakub heads the Real Estate team in the Czech Republic. He is an experienced transactional lawyer with a strong property background and a proven track record of property, financing and energy transactions. Jakub has worked on many high-profile transactions in the Czech Republic and CEE over a period of more than 20 years. He is also regularly in charge of real estate construction and development matters. 

Jakub advises both domestic and international clients in complex transactions in various industry sectors. Jakub is a member of ARTN (Czech Association for Development of the Real Estate Market) and of the Real Estate Committee of AmCham and regularly attends real estate related conferences and seminars as a speaker or panel member.

He is the author of numerous articles on real estate law and the chapter on the Czech Republic in a widely used publication about European real estate law.
