Stefan specialises in litigation. The experience gained and network built in several hundred cases and disputes enables him to give the best possible advice to his clients.

He has experience in commercial, finance and restructuring-related litigation, as well as litigation related to real estate law and law of commercial agents. Stefan regularly guides high-profile national and international clients in court and arbitration proceedings, and supports his clients to enforce or defend a variety of legal claims. He can also advise you on compliance, distribution law, general civil and commercial law and insolvency law. He is a registered insolvency administrator.
