Max is a senior associate in the Disputes & Investigations team. He advises on a wide range of disputes, including general commercial, regulatory investigations, insolvency and product liability disputes.
Max's focus on product liability means he regularly acts for manufacturers and importers in relation to complex, high value and multiparty claims. Max also advises and represents businesses involved in inquests, either as Interested Persons or merely as parties requested to provide information.
