Sophia is an Employment Adviser in the Employment, Pensions and Mobility group. She specialises in advising businesses in all areas of contentious employment law in England and Wales and uses her experience to guide clients through the challenges of employment tribunal litigation.
Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Sophia advised individuals on their employment rights at a Legal Aid firm, with her knowledge of unfair dismissal and discrimination legislation being particularly valuable. Consequently, she adopts a holistic approach to her clients' legal issues, enabling her to advise on optimal business outcomes and ensuring effective resolutions to disputes.
