Oliver has been specialised for many years in capital market transactions with a focus on advising clients on all matters relating to share placings, admissions to listings on the stock market, official takeovers, and M&A transactions.
His practice continues to include providing advice on all legal and strategic matters to bodies of listed companies as well as advising clients in preparing and holding their annual general meetings. A special focus of his practice is on advising clients on bond issues. His clients include listed companies, IPO candidates, banks and investors.
Oliver is local managing director of Taylor Wessing's Munich office.
