Benedikt is an Attorney in the Practice Area Technology, Media and Telecoms and Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E). He has particular expertise in legal issues related to digitization and artificial intelligence.
His consulting focus includes IT-legal contract drafting, support for complex data protection projects, and advice on the implementation of new regulatory requirements in the use of AI. He also advises the public sector on extensive digitization projects.
