As a specialist lawyer for IT law and Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E), he advises companies, particularly in the healthcare and insurance industries, on the legally compliant use of artificial intelligence.
In addition, Benedikt supports companies in extensive SAP projects, from contract drafting and negotiation to the enforcement of contractual claims. Another focus of his work is strategic advice in connection with open source software.
