Lacy also has experience in fund formation, fundraisings and fund management, primarily within the real estate sector.
Lacy advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures and complex shareholder arrangements, with a significant focus on corporate real estate transactions and related strategic investments, including within the hospitality sector. Lacy also has experience in real estate fund establishment and management and works cross-jurisdictionally on both UK-based and international transactions.
