Oliver is a senior associate (Scottish qualified) in the Corporate Real Estate and Private Capital department and advises on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder and investment agreements and general commercial arrangements with a focus on the real estate sector. He also has experience in private equity, venture capital and cross-border transactions.
