Neil is a Senior Associate in our Financial Services Regulatory Group in London.
He advises on a wide range of matters including the UK regulatory perimeter, FCA change in control requirements, AIFMD, financial crime, payment services regulation, ESG issues, consumer credit, mortgages and cryptoassets.
Neil has acted for a wide range of clients including asset managers, investment banks, private banks and payment services firms, e-money institutions and registered cryptoasset firms.
Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Neil worked for six years as a Financial Regulatory lawyer at two other international law firms and spent three years in Compliance at Barclays Investment Bank, covering the emerging markets, FX and rates desks.
