Ewan Sherriff

Ewan is a highly experienced Dubai based Hospitality and Real Estate Lawyer with experience also in Financial Services and Private Wealth. He is a Senior Counsel in Taylor Wessing's top ranked Hotels & Hospitality Group and leading the Group's expansion in Africa, Middle East, and Asia. 

Ewan holds 25 years of hospitality, branded residential, and real estate experience (10 in the Middle East) acting for UK and international clients on a wide variety of transactions and developments. He is experienced in real estate purchase and sale, investment, asset management, and development and a recognized expert in Hotel Management Agreements, Franchise Agreements and Branded Residential schemes.

Most recently he worked in-house at InterContinental Hotel Group, one of the leading global hotel brands, managing their expansion plans and operations throughout Africa, Middle East, India, and Asia. 

Known for his problem solving and commercial speed of negotiation, Ewan is held in high regard amongst clients and peers alike.
