Luke specialises in resolving disputes arising out of bespoke and standard form construction contracts across a range of sectors (infrastructure, energy, residential, hospitality, and leisure). He also advises employers, contractors and subcontractors on pursuing or defending claims in formal proceedings (including adjudication, litigation and arbitration).
