He specialises in advising developers, contractors and interested parties on issues and disputes arising from UK and international construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. David has experience of resolving claims about breach of duty, defects, extensions of time, final account, loss/expense and non-payment, through a combination of adjudication, litigation, mediation and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
